For the last few days we have continued to catch up with our Edmonton friends. Dave and Lois (Teaching collegue and friends, 2004) had us at their place for supper (Dinner/tea) where we were able to reconnect with many of my teaching collegues, so it was a great evening. Being the summer holidays, quite a few friends were out of town which was a pity.

On most days we continued to look around the greater city area and some of the surrounding countryside with Jim and Sheila, and joining in many activities with a variety of friends. Perhaps not so exciting to you who are reading our blog, but certainly memories that we will treasure.

Today we finally farewelled Edmonton and flew over the Rocky Mountains to Vancouver Island to continue our journey.
